What is Sertoli-leydig Ovarian Tumor with poorly differentiated cells. Is it treated with chemotherapy?

Sertoli-leydig Ovarian Tumor is a stromal tumor of the ovary. Often it secretes hormones such as testosterone. Staging is the standard therapy. If the tumor has spread then chemotherapy would likely be Bleomycin, VP-16, Cisplatin.
